I need to return an item. How can I do that? 

Should there be something wrong with your order, please do let us know.
We will ensure that our mistake is rectified at no cost to you. 
Should you decide that the items that you have received are not right, we will gladly exchange them for you and communicate with you throughout the return process. 

Please do note: 

You have 7 days to send us back the items, at your own cost. We cannot take responsibility if that parcel is lost.
The returned items must be in the original packaging, in the original condition.
No ripped labels or balled skeins will be accepted. 
Please protect the yarns by placing them in a sealed plastic 'ziplock' bag, or similar. 

If longer than 7 days have elapsed, we are only able to accept returns if we still have a minimum amount of the same dye lot of the same colour in stock. TYR reserves the right to determine said minimums.
