We strive to provide a fast, reliable service.
Unfortunately, we are only human and mistakes can happen.
If this is the case, please do let us know immediately and we will do our best to make it right. 
COLOUR NOTE & DISCLAIMER:
Remember that the colour of the yarn may vary slightly from screen to screen, depending on your settings and the ambient light. If you are unsure, or very fussy, do check out the picture of your yarn on different computer or device screens, as well as in different rooms and times of day. 
1. Orders: We strive to fulfill your orders as expediently as possible. We post from Monday to Friday. On weekends we enjoy our families and our VVIPS. Orders received before 12PM will be dispatched the same day, if the items you have ordered are in stock.Should your item be back-ordered, we will advise and keep in touch with you during the item's procurement. 
2. Payments: For local payments, we accept cards or EFT. We are proudly verified by PayFastClick here to read more on how to pay.

For International payments, we use PayPal. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an invoice with instructions for payment.Shipment Waybills will only be ordered once the funds have been received by us. 
3. Shipping Domestic: We aim to work together with local companies that offer the best value for money.They ensure that your parcel and its precious content arrives safely and efficiently to its destination. Click here to read more on how we ship.
 

4. Returns: Should there be something wrong with your order, please do let us know. We will ensure that our mistake is rectified at no cost to you. Should you decide that the items that you have received are not right, we gladly exchange them. Click here to read more on our returns policy.
